Vietnam VISA Online

We work with the Vietnam immigration department to provide our customers with a visa. Traditionally you need to get a Vietnam visa in your passport from a local embassy before you departure. However, it’s also possible to apply for visa online and collect it at the airport upon your arrival in Vietnam. Indeed, Vietnam allows foreign travelers to get a VOA or “Visa on Arrival” at the airport.

To obtain your “Visa on Arrival”, it’s important to apply for it before your arrival in Vietnam. It’s also important to note that this process only works for those arriving at one of these three international airports: Tan Son Nhat (Ho Chi Minh City), Noi Bai (Hanoi) or Da Nang. Any other airport or at a land border cannot deliver a visa for Vietnam – you will need to get a visa from an embassy in the traditional way

Required documents at the airport:

  • Approval letter x2 ● Visa form (download here)
  • Passport photos (4cm x 6cm) x2
